the staff was very helpful. they allowed for an early check in. this helped so much after my long travel.
the room wasn't cleaned overnight when i stayed. the breakfast was underwhelming too. i also wish they have a coffee machine in the room and slippers.

the staff provided excellent service i found the location quite convenient. the room had a jacuzzi bath a definite plus. i appreciated the kettle in the room for making tea.
the parking situation was a bit difficult to navigate i did not have a big car though

the staff was always respectful, i found them easy to approach. the room was clean and stylish. i loved the big shower and the unique tiles used there.
the air conditioning did not perform as expected. it struggled a bit to cool the room quickly.

THE stuff were AMAZINGLY helpful during check in AND provided extra blankets quickly. THE room featured modern decor, was clean, and suited my needs well. i enjoyed the GREAT breakfastwith lots of choices in the LOVELY restaurant. THE hotel's location is close to the iconic gate, exciting to visit

the staff was helpful when i asked for assistance. location was acceptable.
the room smelled strongly of mildew. the air conditioning did not work properly. i was unable to adjust the temperature, made the room uncomfortably hot during the night. i had to leave the balcony door open, resulting in excessive noise from outside.

The double shower in the suite was a treat.. it definitely enhanced the stay. the hotel offered a city tour with pablo. He was both attentive and informative. he provided helpful suggestions regarding local spots and restaurants with typical cuisine.

a mixed bag, i guess
comfortable bedstreet cleaningsad pastries
the bed i slept in felt pretty okay. it was nothing special, but i managed to sleep fine.
I gotta say, the noise levels were straight up garbage. every morning, the street cleaning crew sounded like they were staging a demolition derby right outside my window, made sleeping past 7 am impossible. and dont even get me started on the breakfast. The selection looked like it had been sitting out since the previous week, with sad pastries that could double as doorstops and a coffee that tasted suspiciously of dirt.
